In 2020 we surveyed UKAN members who submitted their salary information anonymously.

Roughly 45% of those who've submitted are in-house staff, roughly 55% are freelance, and we saw submissions from executives, producers and audio-makers at all levels — from those just starting out, to those who've been working in audio for decades.
