The UKAN Survey 2023
The UKAN Survey 2023
Following our previous survey of salaries within the UK audio industry, our second survey aims to review pay for all audio roles throughout all sectors, as well as working conditions, diversity & inclusion and sentiment.
Whatever sector you work in, if you are an audio professional we invite you to complete our survey.

In 2020 we surveyed UKAN members who submitted their salary information anonymously.
Roughly 45% of those who've submitted are in-house staff, roughly 55% are freelance, and we saw submissions from executives, producers and audio-makers at all levels — from those just starting out, to those who've been working in audio for decades.
